Troubleshoot of Audio Gear, Video Gear, Networking, Home Automation & components/wiring related to those categories.
Diagnosis of specific issue on site
Resolution of minor issues and/or fixable issues at the time of appointment
A full faith effort to resolve the issue on the first visit and a quote for any additional work required
Re-Installation of any affected equipment or wiring as it was upon arrival
Functionality test of any and all work performed
Cleanup and Review of troubleshoot
What is not included:
Additional services at the time of installation unless otherwise purchased and scheduled accordingly
Proprietary cables, cords or accessories required by your specific system unless previously arranged
Delivery of any product related to your specific issue or system unless previously arranged
Advanced troubleshooting of systems that require a custom labor quote (ie. rack work, distribution systems, etc.)
A guarantee that the specific issue you are experiencing will be resolved from a troubleshoot visit. However, we do guarantee we can resolve any issue, given the right solution is proposed and accepted.

All installs are backed by our 90-day guarantee of workmanship. While our installations are proven to stand the test of time, we will revisit any job, for no cost, that is experiencing issues with the workmanship of the installation or additional services rendered/purchased that we performed. You will have 90 days to contact us and schedule a revisit from the date of installation. Communication after the 90 days will require a troubleshoot charge for each visit.
