This depends on the complexity of the Theater, type of equipment, whether the Theater is pre-wired / existing or not at all. There is a lot of detail that goes into Home Theater Install, but a safe range for a typical 7 channel system is roughly $500 to $2500 and a premium Theater $2500 and up.

It is recommended to ask us about the style bracket you prefer to use and have us source it for you. We use Sanus, Secura and Chief brand brackets, because they are tested, vetted and longer lasting than other manufacturers.

Hardware is separate from the cost of installation. We include small parts and pieces like zip-ties, cleaning supplies, extra bolts and screws and other small hardware. If you need a TV Mount or Soundbar Mount, feel free to ask us for options before the install. We tend to carry a spare in the work van just in case.

In most cases yes. We want you to inspect the final installation, verify accuracy of our work and potentially answer questions that will affect the outcome of the installation. However, if you need an accommodation, please let us know so we can coordinate your schedule.

Consultations are free within our service area. Our goal is to earn your business, so we will trade a bit of our time to hear you out and help bring your ideas to life. Plus a consultation just makes the installation go smoother and helps to tailor the experience to your expectations.

We have a 90 day guarantee of labor and a 30 day return policy on non-custom order products. If you buy a TV you do not like, we will swap it for one that you do like. Same goes with all of our standard sellable items like wall mounts, cables and certain KEF speakers.

All appointments are accompanied with a scheduling email that details the appointment length, time, date and details of what to expect. Some jobs may be faster while others will take a bit longer.

In most cases no. Almost always, the pre-quoted total is the final price, no matter what. If this is not the case, we will always let you know before the appointment and in writing.

We do not have a fixed hourly rate for basic installation. For custom installation, our rate may vary depending on what we are doing or what specialty contractor we may need for you installation.

Yes we do. We offer products like Ring Cameras, all the way to Smart Lighting from Lutron and Automated Shades as well. We can also automate your Audio and Video with Savant Automation, who is one of our premium partner brands.

We do sell Custom Motorized Shades from multiple brands. Lutron and Clara Shades are our favorite, although we are always exploring more designs and brands. A consultation can offer samples, design input and a price estimate. Consultations are free.

Home Automation is best defined as 1 single interface to control your entire home. From Custom Lighting to turning on the fireplace, opening your garage to setting the thermostat. It is all done from one interface that operates on your phone, tablet, computer or remote.

Custom Lighting or “Smart Lighting” can be as simple as replacing your wall switch/dimmer. It can also provide more than just control of the brightness. We have examples of Custom Lighting on our website for Savant and Lutron. But the options are endless, if you can think it, it more than likely can be done. From new builds to remodels, there are small and large packages available.

Security is typically known as a system that companies like ADT offer, although brands like Ring Security are more common with better pricing and easy to use functionality. Security systems provide real time monitoring and have a dispatch team call you or the police in case of an emergency. Surveillance is known as a system that provides traceability for your home or business. Rather than real time monitoring for break-ins or emergencies, Surveillance tracks the movements of your location and logs video data for you to review and manage. These are best used for businesses, vacation homes and in conjunction with a traditional security system.
