Travis is my long-time "go to" for AV. He helped me set-up my entire home with Sonos, TV, in-wall speakers, and internet booster. Every single wire is hidden and everything works seamlessly. He coordinated all of the annoying conversations with my Internet provider. He also helped me gift my parents with a massive AV upgrade and Starlink installation. He's extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and patient. He gave my tech-anxious parents a long and insightful tutorial. He thought through every single detail. I cannot recommend Travis enough. Travis just completed an entire home system project at our home as a part of our remodel. This included home audio, automation and security systems. Travis and his team did an excellent job navigating us through product selection and installation. As with all integrations, there is a fair amount of tweaking required. Travis showed great patience with us during the entire process, working to make our systems easy to interface with. He also provided backup links to the products installed, should we have any questions. He also is committed to personal follow up for any questions we have in the future. Recently I asked help from Travis to help upgrade an old home theater system, along with some other integration ask to add my existing Linn audio gear into the system. Travis and his team did a fabulous job. From the initial discussion, to proposal, walkthrough and final installation, it is a smooth process. The end result is stunning - the setup Travis suggested perfectly deliver the most stunning visual and audio effect, especially in driving my Linn speakers. The installation and wiring are also perfect, everything tightly tucked out of sight and the appearance is clean and beautiful.

Travis also helped to install TV and audio system in one bedroom of my house and it was also fabulously done.

Travis is excellent. My installation was complicated by the very tight margins on my wall. The tv when in the “raised” position, would only be an inch or two from the ceiling. Travis came out three times to do parts of the install to make sure that the electrical work wouldn’t be in the way. He and his associate were professional, clean, and did a brilliant job. I have no hesitation recommending BCINW and will use them again in the future.

Travis and Richard did a great job, taking great care to make sure the solutions for my home theater were explained to me and merged with my ideas. They worked within the parameters I set, yet were honest about offering advice to make sure that my priority of safety and structural soundness was integrated seamlessly. We just moved into a new home and the last thing I wanted to do was force an of my ideas that would mess up the electrical or structural integrity of our house. They respectfully gave ideas that considered all angles for my project. They were thorough and professional. They were also very personable.
