While some of these terms and conditions may sound intense and overly worded, we are committed to putting our service, work and customer before anything else that we do. These terms and conditions are to be as specific as possible and help answer any questions around some of the most contentious issues that arise from running a business that provides services to the public. In almost all cases, we would prefer to have an open dialogue and discussion with any client we work with. So please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Bain Custom Intergrations Service Terms and Conditions

The Service Bain Custom Integrations is Providing:

When scheduling a service with Bain Custom Integrations, you are purchasing an agreement between "us" (Bain Custom Integrations or BCI) and you, the "client". We provide professional installation services as it relates to the equipment, gear, furniture, fixtures, modification and accessories of these categories: Audio/Video, Networking, Home Automation/Control and/or Home Entertainment. We will perform the services outline on the Service Page of the specific service being scheduled as it shows on "www.bcinw.com" at the time of purchase. Our services may require modifications on site depending on the details of the services being requested by the client and requirements to complete that service according to our employees, staff members or contractors procured for services. This agreement is not a guarantee of services being completed, or a guarantee that the work will be done by our team. We hold the right to refuse service for any legal reason.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

When rescheduling or cancelling services purchased on www.bcinw.com or through one of its agents and scheduled through www.bcinw.com, whether the client is aware or unaware, all rescheduling or cancelling must be done at a minimum of 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Even with a 48-hour notice of rescheduling or cancellation, a 25% service fee may be withheld from any and all refund amount owed at the time of cancellation or rescheduling. If any service, consultation, work or appointment has been performed by Bain Custom Integrations or its staff, employees or contractors, known as "agents", the refund minus the 25% service fee will be calculated on an hourly basis of work performed at $140 per hour spent on your job/service/project, and deducted from the total invoiced, scheduled or proposed bill. If cancelling or rescheduling any service booked on www.bcinw.com or booked with any of BCI's agents, before any work is done and proper time is given, a full refund of the purchase amount will be issued minus the 25% service fee. You may submit a request to wave the 25% service fee through the https://www.bcinw.com/contact-information page of the website and our team will review the request and approve or deny the request.

What is Included with Bookable Services:

BCI services are based on the outline written on the specific website page related to the specific service being booked, purchased or scheduled with BCI. These services are found on https://www.bcinw.com/available-services and will be named to the specific service scheduled. The client agrees that no other work will be performed during the visit, whether implied or assumed based on the contents of the website. Only the specific outlines on each page or in our written "Scope of Work" will be performed during our scheduled service appointment. Only BCI can define the specific services outline on the website and will relay that outline to the client before, during or after the scheduled appointment or service.

Scope of Work:

All services, appointments or installations may include a separate agreement for services provided by BCI or its Agents. This agreement still applies to any Scope of Work written by BCI or its agents and the Scope of Work will outline additional requirements, agreements, services, installations or tasks performed during the visit. If the client would like to make specific requests, BCI will write up a Scope of Work related to those specific requests or requirements.

Payment of Services:

All payments made for services booked on www.bcinw.com are due at the time of checkout. For services booked, scheduled or utilizing the www.bcinw.com website, 100% of payment is due before any service is performed, completed or started. Special accommodations may be made, please contact BCI for a separate arrangement. If no arrangements are made and payment is not received in full 48 hours in advanced of any scheduled appointment with BCI, that appointment will be cancelled, rescheduled or not completed at no fault to Bain Custom Integrations or any of its agents. For custom services, written or verbal, scheduled on or off of the website "www.bcinw.com", payment will be collected as a form of deposit of 50% of the total invoice approved by the client and the additional 50% of the total approved invoice 48 hours before the first scheduled service appointment. Bain Custom Integrations will never perform work, without prior approval, without receiving 100% of payment for the client approved invoice.

Bain Custom Integrations 90-day Guarantee:

BCI guarantees the workmanship and quality of installation with a 90-day guarantee. This guarantee covers the reliability of the work, modification, installation, programming, service, integration and quality of services performed when a client has purchased a good or service from BCI. BCI will provide up to 3 additional visits within 90 days, free of charge, from the initial installation or service date purchased at full retail value, from the client. These services include any bookable service found at https://www.bcinw.com/available-services or quoted/invoiced and fully paid invoices generated from BCI using any of their invoicing systems. If more than 3 follow-up appointments are required, Bain Custom Integrations will coordinate with the client effectively to resolve the manner as quickly as possible. Bain Custom Integrations will not perform any follow up visits, at no charge, if the client has an outstanding balance owed to BCI for any service unless otherwise agreed before the visit. BCI will not be held accountable for its 90-day guarantee for any services, products or modifications to services or products purchased from other vendors, companies, businesses, service providers or other individuals or professionals not associated with BCI or its agents. BCI withholds the right to decline any follow up visit for any legal reason.

Damage Compensation:

While BCI and its agents are present in a home, business or place of any scheduled services, damages may occur. If BCI is at fault for any damages to property of the client, it will follow the legal steps of fixing, replacing or otherwise compensating the client for any damages caused by BCI or its agents. These legal actions may include, but are not limited to, working with homeowners' insurance or BCI's business insurance, cash or credit payment in lieu of replacement, or a reimbursement issued in the form of cash, credit or check. BCI does not claim any fault to damages it has not caused and will deny any wrongdoing without a proper investigation done by BCI or its agents or based on information provided by the client or its agents.

Termination of services:

Services may be terminated or cancelled by BCI or its agents for any legal reason at any given time and full payment of provided services provided, performed or scheduled will be withheld. Please refer to the section "Rescheduling and Cancellation" for the calculation of any refund.

Social Media Agreements:

Bain Custom Integrations uses video and audio recording devices during all of its appointments and services. These video and audio recording devices are may obvious and intended to capture the nature of the services being provided and not the private nature of the client or client's home. Bain Custom Integrations owns any and all audio and video captured during the appointment or while any service is performed and owns this intellectual property in its entirety. The use of which is approved by agreeing to these terms and conditions. These uses may include, but are not limited to training purposes, edited videos and clips uploaded to social platforms or the www.bcinw.com website to represent the work BCI performs for its clients. While BCI will take the necessary steps to withhold any private information, you agree that no expectation of privacy is granted to BCI during any and all of their visits, service appointments or consultations. Again, BCI will proceed with an abundance of grace and caution when releasing videos and removing any private information relating to its clients, appointments, service appointments, consultations or tasks while working, before making any video available to the public. If you would like to opt-out of the Social Media Agreement before any appointments with BCI are made, please contact us via https://www.bcinw.com/contact-information and write in the headline "Social Media Agreement Opt-Out" and include your service date, today's date, service address and full name. All media, recording of audio and video, procured on or before the date of the clients opt-out, is owned fully by Bain Custom Integrations and will be considered intellectual property of BCI regardless of the opt-out status of the client.
